With over 20 years at Big Sky Disaster Restoration, Steve Longshore brings extensive experience in damage assessment, estimating, insurance coordination, and project management. A former Head Supervisor, Steve partnered with Philip Witschi to purchase the company in 2016 and remains committed to delivering quality restoration services.

With more than 40 years in the construction industry, Philip Witschi combines decades of hands-on expertise with his credentials as a licensed electrician. As Construction Head Supervisor, he oversees daily operations, maintains high workmanship standards, and keeps projects on track. Together, Philip and Steve provide the experience and leadership needed to restore properties with confidence and care.
